MullenLowe Profero is seeking a Project-Program-Delivery Management intern.
Making copies, busywork, coffee runs—these are some of the things you’ll have absolutely no experience with as part of MullenLowe's Summer Internship Program. Because you'll be doing real work. Real, client-paid-for, heading-out-into-the-world-to-catch-attention-and-change-minds work. And you'll be doing it with some of the most talented people, at one of the biggest-name agencies, in the business.
At MullenLowe Profero, project managers are doers, innovators, and insightful thinkers who love solving complex business issues for diverse clients around the world. They own, direct, and manage the day-to-day workflow through the agency, ensuring that delivery plans for our projects are executed with excellence. While serving as the primary point of escalation for any and all team impediments, our project managers help define project scope, goals, and deliverables to be aligned with our clients' longer-term needs. With excellent communication skills and energetic attitudes, they are the ones who make things happen!
In this role, your key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Create and manage day-to-day activities of team to ensure adherence to standards in project execution methodology, requirements gathering, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain project plans.
- Plan for and lead internal project meetings.
- Interact with internal peers to ensure project execution.
- Follow up with development team in China to ensure development cycles match project schedule.
- Update and present project status reports.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members.
- Identify and resolve issues, risks, and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and escalate changes in project scope, identify possible crises, and devise contingency plans.
