Creative Director






We are looking for a Creative Director to join our Boston Creative team.

We are looking for a Creative Director to be responsible for the design and development of the visual and graphic elements of large multi-media advertising campaigns from conception and preparation for pitches through to design and graphic production.

This position will serve as a senior-level Creative providing leadership in the creation of big brand-building ideas across all channels through the lens of both art and technology. The Creative Director will work as a member of large creative teams and lead teams with broad responsibility for the design and development of the visual and aesthetic character of advertising and promotional campaigns. Will oversee the creation of illustrative materials and, in the context of digital media, will make decisions relating to illustrations, lay out, proportions, arrangements and the appropriate type styles and sizes. Work will encompass a broad range of promotional projects including corporate identity, logo, collateral, packaging, websites and mobile applications.


A qualified candidate will have either a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a closely related field and 5 years of experience as a Creative or Associate Creative Director with an international agency or alternatively 7 years of experience as a Creative or Associate Creative Director with an international agency. Experience (which can have been gained concurrently with the primary experience requirement above) must include 3 years of experience with the following: (i) leading the design process across multiple media including print, digital, film, mobile, social, virtual and augmented reality, and app experiences; (ii) using technology and digital media to drive global campaigns; (iii) playing a lead role on multiple campaigns that have received national or international advertising awards; and (iv) working with a variety of technologies including Flash, HTML, Unity, JavaScript, C#, and Blender. Will accept any qualified combination of education, training and/or experience.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
