We are looking for an Account Supervisor to join our Boston Account Service team.

The Account Supervisor will be an integral part of the account team driving the execution of integrated advertising campaign efforts across multiple channels. The candidate should be able to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, while keeping open lines of communication with clients, internal agency team members and partner agencies (media, PR, etc.). Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: management of day-to-day projects and procedures, strategy development, management of production across multiple channels - with a heavy focus on video/broadcast production, ability to successfully sell creative ideas and maintain strong client relations.

We are looking for a candidate that can maintain a positive disposition when challenges arise and be a driving force when it comes to problem solving.


- Experience working with cross-discipline teams ideal.
- Creatively focused with a strong strategic background.
- Supervisor will oversee 3 - 4 team members and be willing to work cross offices (but based in Boston).
- Experience with traditional & non-traditional production and willing to roll up their sleeves to find new solutions for new ideas.
