We are looking for a Strategist to join our Los Angeles Strategy team.

We're looking for people who are curious, relentlessly questioning, and desperately seeking to understand the people, cultures, and businesses we work with. People who are interesting. You constantly fall in (and out of) love with new hobbies and passion projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Gather information based on secondary research and desk research to bring insight to projects.
- Dive into client data, research, and briefs to outline opportunities for further exploration.
- Monitor cultural and social trends that affect our client's businesses, helping to uncover truths and opportunities.
- Comfortable diving deep into the 4C's: Culture, Consumer, Category, and Core Equities of any business; interpret findings into actionable creative opportunities.
- Work together with creative teams on a day-to-day basis to maximize the impact the work can have on the brand, the
business, consumers, and culture.
- Utilize brand strategy tools to develop, outline, and clarify positioning, purpose, brand architecture, and communication
strategies.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1+ years agency experience.
- Well-versed in the world of brands and consumer.
- Experience with integrated marketing programs.
- Previous work on a national brand.
