We are seeking a full time Senior Print Producer to join our Boston team.

The Senior Print Producer will manage a broad range of projects from traditional print and out of home, to on-site events and activations and other singular, unique projects. Should be comfortable sourcing and providing elements from promotional materials to multi-media build outs.

Key responsibilities include sourcing and maintaining vendor relationships, estimating, budget and quality control. Will oversee mechanical specifications, image retouching, and proofing. Must have strong knowledge of prepress and printing (offset, digital and large format).

Will work in partnership with Project Management to create realistic schedules, manage deliverable lists and collect specs and collaborate with studio in building and releasing mechanicals.

Candidate must be a creative thinker, problem solver and positive collaborator. Be composed, flexible and resourceful in a fast paced, multi-task, environment.

Must be willing to attend status meetings, internal reviews and other meetings, bringing ideas and solutions to the group as jobs unfold while managing budgets and timing behind the scenes.


- Proficiency in Excel is required with a working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator helpful.
- Four-year degree is required.
- Minimum of 3 years print production experience desired.
- Agency experience preferred.
- This is a mid-level position.
