We are looking for a Junior Strategist to join our Boston Strategic Planning team.
Junior Strategist to assist the Strategy team in the research, creation and evaluation of hyperbundled campaigns (including social strategy). While a junior strategist is not expected to work entirely independently, the 1-2 years at this level are designed to grow their core strategic skills (research, social listening, insight writing, brand narrative development, cultural exegesis, brief writing, campaign evaluation, etc.)
The right candidate will be humble, hungry and smart. Humble = willing to do what's asked and pitch in where
needed. Hungry = willing and ready to learn, stretch and grow. Smart = EQ + IQ necessary to develop breakthrough
brand thinking and sell through culture bending work for one of our most important global clients.
- Four year degree required.
- Strategy/planning internship in agency preferred.
