We are seeking a Local Audio and Video Investments Supervisor to join our Boston media buying team.

A great Audio & Video Investment Supervisor has a solid understanding of the client's business and applies that experience to innovative buys. They are the primary internal local investment team contact on a particular client's business and will have a strong relationship with the MH planning counterparts, broadcast traffic, the media sales community and the broadcast group. The Investment Supervisor has a solid understating of the local marketplace and of the local audio and video business. They also understands the overall advertising industry and is aware of the market trends and conditions and is able to communicate this knowledge to the planning group, investment group and clients. They have a superior understanding of their specialty local audio and video. Additionally the Investment Supervisor must generate a high level of quality output in short term media projects, for both audio and video investments and value-added opportunities.
They must be a creative thinker, incorporating the latest media trends and innovations, including streaming audio and online video. Candidate should exhibit a can-do attitude to tackle all assignments; be a creative problem solver that participates and takes interest in both agency and industry. They will be required to attend sessions of formal media training and other programs as directed by their AMD. They will develop an understanding of the role of their department within the agency and show commitment to personal and professional growth.
