We are seeking two Group Creative Directors to join our New York City creative team.
We are looking for two Group Creative Directors who can oversee the development of big, brand building ideas across all channels. You must be able to extract amazing thoughts and ideas from your creative team, as well as coming up with them yourself. The ability to mentor creatives and give constructive criticism is essential, and you must be able to diffuse problems and come up with solutions in the best interest of the company, client, and your creative team.
The Group Creative Director must have a true passion for, and understanding of, what drives consumer behavior. We are looking for a candidate who has an incredible creative reputation and internationally recognized work. Other relevant characteristics include craftsmanship, intellectual curiosity, and someone more focused on the creation of innovative work than managing.
The ideal candidate must be conceptual, strategic, and collaborative. Our creative directors work closely with clients, participating in client meetings and pitching creative concepts on behalf of their team. They ensure ideas are in line with client expectations.
Four-year degree is required.
7-10 years of art directing experience in an agency or mar-comm environment is required.
You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role.
