We are looking for an seasoned Account Supervisor to join our New York City Account Services team.
This person should have the ability to focus on the high-quality delivery of multiple projects in the near/mid-term by leading flawless collaboration and choreography among teams and other departments. They should have a demonstrated ability to take a stand, deliver their POV and help shape creative. Identify organic growth, manage team in their completion of tasks. Initiate strategic opportunities, develop recommendations and sell to internal departments.
Own multiple day-to-day projects and make everything run smoothly. Build persuasive arguments to keep work great, both among internal and client partners.
This person should be an inclusive collaborator everyone respects and wants in the room, a reliable client leader that
starts and ends every client meeting and call. The hub of the wheel.
In terms of responsibilities, this role is expected to think strategically and deliver ideas. Foster and help bring great work to the world. Know your client's business and play a cultural role on the team and at the agency. Ensure daily that everyone knows what the priority is, that we"re reducing redundancy, maximizing efficiency and creating integrated momentum. Make the brief better. Provide unparalleled client partnership. Own production and all process and operations with support of Account Executives and Assistants. Provide quality control for all work leaving the building. Deliver efficiency and integration and facilitate hyperbundling.
The right person for this role will be unflappable, proactive and able to see around corners. Your client would choose you for the desert island. You successfully choreograph the timely completion of multiple simultaneous projects. You're autonomous, know production and are developing your presentation skills and voice. You own client calls and meetings, have strong analytical skills to interpret data (e.g., competitive, tracking, research, reporting), and write logical, well-founded recommendations.
