We are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join our New York Account Services team.

In this Assistant Account Executive role, you will be figuring out the MullenLowe process and promoting the timely, flawless, day-to-day execution of projects.

You need to learn to navigate the internal processes from concept to production; memorize all the important numbers and details; understand the competitive landscape. Master the details of your client's language, business, brand, legal requirements and approval processes so you can proactively identify hurdles and be prepared to help solve them.

We are looking for someone who has an uncanny ability to figure things out, not matter how challenging the situation. In this role you should become a sponge - approaching every day as an opportunity to listen and learn from everyone around you. Be eager, stay positive and work harder than anyone else. Work on strong, concise oral and written communication skills and on finding creative solutions.

In this role, you will be taking on all creation of schedules for your account. You will also take meeting notes for all internal and Client meetings. When you're ready, request client interaction via email or presentation calls. Offer to help on tasks outside of your day-to-day responsibilities that challenge you while also taking work off your AE's plate.
