We are seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to join our growing Boston Creative team.

While we're an ad agency, the ideal candidate will have passions and skills beyond advertising. We're looking for someone who can conceptualize innovative ideas and experiences, then help execute them across multiple platforms and media channels. Someone who can be can contribute art direction and design in a hands-on capacity while also providing leadership mentorship to junior members of the team.
The role will require working closely with Writers, Visual Designers, Experience Designers, Content Specialists, Creative Technologists, and Producers - all of whom share the responsibility on the project.
Assignments will include site design, online advertising, video production, social media campaigns, editorial design, and branding projects. Experience in these areas is required.
And while all the intellectual skills are important, the interpersonal ones are, too. In other words, we're looking for someone who's smart and nice. That means you know how to laugh, how to balance pride with humility, and how to inspire others.

- 5-6 years agency experience.
- Expertise with Adobe Suite and Sketch/Invision workflows.
- Experience with user flows and content-rich site work.
