We are seeking a Junior IT Technician to join our Los Angeles IT team.
The Junior IT Technician will provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to MAC and PC computer systems, software, and hardware. They will perform Help Desk Support, including walk-in management, ticket assignments, and answering the Help Desk phone. They will maintain daily performance of computer systems and image new computers. Responsibilities further include helping other team members with AV/phone/other IT tasks.
