TV Crawls, 2011

We were competing with the 900lb gorilla – Google, and Bing and we needed to something that would grab consumers’ attention. We created the “Ask Crawl” and convinced over 20 cable networks to run the search box on the bottom of the screen during programming. Each question or query was germane to the television content and our analytics group showed that the crawls were twice as effective as our traditional TV spots.
