Thousands of people vent about their wireless providers every day, but their complaints often fall on deaf ears. Enter Call Someone Who Cares – a three-day social initiative where we intercepted angry tweets and responded to them live, in real time with custom-made songs performed by real U.S. Cellular employees. Each video explained how we could solve their specific problems and told them to Call Someone Who Cares – that someone being U.S. Cellular.
